I partner with individuals to help them define their unique pathways as they seek to address fear, concerns, pain, anxiety, and trauma on a journey toward a new point of center or even a new normal. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with individuals seeking to recognize and achieve their personal goals by identifying access and functional needs (AFN) that might be hindering them emotionally, socially, vocationally, and spiritually.
